How many appointments does it take for me to get better?

Treatment results vary pending condition and severity, as well as patient age and prior injury status. Some common conditions such as a painful cervical disc may improve significantly after one treatment, but complete recovery could take 6 weeks.

Other conditions such as vitamin D deficiency may not require many patient visits, but it may take months of supplementation to improve vitamin D status on blood labs.

Conditions are managed on an individualized basis.
